    What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

    In Gauteng, free for orders over 50 packs. For the rest of South Africa, a variable fee applies depending on area.

    Free pickup from our warehouse in Johannesburg is available.

    Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

    We accept VISA and MASTERCARD credit and debit cards, as well as EFT/bank transfers.

    How long will delivery take?

    We endeavour to deliver within 3 days.

    How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

    All transactions are processed through our payment provider, PayFast. You can read about their approach to security and fraud prevention here.

    What exactly happens after ordering?

    Upon receipt of your payment, we will issue you with an order confirmation. If you are having your order delivered, we will contact you directly regarding delivery times.
